"I lived in my apartment for the last year, and Arrive took over management in the last few months of my lease. While transitions can be tough, I am sure that the renovations and upgrades will be received by future residents. I ended my lease there just days ago and moved to the home I purchased. "I am a new resident and I absolutely LOVE it here. The units are beautiful, the amenities are great and the location is ideal. The community has been peaceful and the staff I've encountered so far have been very friendly and helpful. However, the highlight of my experience has been Jessica from the leasing office. As I was so far away relocating from another state, it was difficult for me to be available for every step in the application/moving process. Jess has been beyond exceptional. She made my transition seamless by assisting me from start to finish and even after. Her thoroughness, communication, ability to accommodate and complete knowledge of the property made my move simple and easy. However, it was her kindness, respectful nature and the comfort in her genuine personality that left me feeling truly valued as a potential resident. Jess is a major asset and I am so grateful that I got to work with her. Also, the property is absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much! "
